Section 39 Disposition versions

39. This subdivision does not apply to an applicant to whom a teaching diploma or probationary permit is issued on the basis of a teaching licence issued in another province or a Canadian territory, or to an applicant to whom a teaching diploma or probationary permit is issued for the Cree and Kativik school boards only.

This section does not operate to exempt an applicant from passing a language examination if the teaching licence issued to the applicant in another province or a Canadian territory is subject to such a condition.
